That or he can show me where it says that he has authority to propose such legislation. We need to help them remember HR 450 Enumerated Powers Act, and to cosign same, along with the 10th Amendment. Not to mention that Dodd is about as big a communist as they come. We need to remember this, come election day. BTW, the word senator is in quotes because the 17th Amendment was not properly ratified and according to Article V is unconstitutional itself due to depriving non-signing states of their proper suffrage (vote).
